Client: Solistica (Integral Logistics Solutions 3PL in Latin America, with operations in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Brazil)
Role: In-house Service Designer at Solistica (Analysis and design of Back-office services)

Challenge:
Context: Lack of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Objective: To create a collaborative space that channels, promotes, and develops ideas from Solistica GBS Collaborators, through a site that reinforces creative thinking.
Process:
I researched current companies that have a culture of innovation and applied design hubs to drive new ideas.

To create an MVP and validate the idea, I create a Sharepoint site with a questionnaire to start filtering ideas from users (employees).
​
I design the front and backstage for managing ideas.

Solution:
Collaboration space that channels, promote, and develop ideas from Solistica GBS Collaborators.
Through a site that reinforces creative and innovative thinking to generate continuous improvement seeking a positive impact.

Results:
In 6 months we receive 16 ideas from back-office employees.
​
In 1 week we receive 200 ideas from operations employees.
